ACT Sprung Hub Race Clutch Kits are ideal for street & strip usage looking for high torque capacity and quick engagement. The sprung hub kits offer higher torque and heat capacity w/ fade free characteristics over organic discs. They also offer reduced driveline shock over the solid hub disc kits.

ACT pressure plates provide a generous increase in clamp load which directly increases torque capacity. ACT heat-treats their diaphragms using an exclusive 3-stage process. ACT also harden the release bearing contact area to reduce wear. Heavy Duty pressure plates offer stock to moderate pedal feel with 20-50% increase. Xtreme pressure plates offer moderate to stiff pedal feel with 50-120% increase. Maxx Xtreme pressure plates offer stiff to very stiff pedal feel with 70-150% increase.

The sprung hub race discs are available in 4 or 6 pad design. The 4 pad is recommended for race only due to its quick and harsh engagement. The 6 pad is recommended for street & strip. Its characteristics are similar to the 4 pad but the 6 pad absorbs more heat for more aggressive use and has slight easier engagement.

All kits come with pressure plate and disc. Most applications include bearings and alignment tool if applicable.
