Shopping Online
Search for the items you want to buy. Click "Add To Cart" for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Qty Product" field, and click "Update Prices". If you need to shop for more items, click "Continue Shopping...". After you've added all items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, select a shipping method. If everything meets your satisfaction, click "Check Out" and log in following the onscreen instructions. If you're a new customer, click "SIGN UP HERE" under the check-out process bar to create an account. The contents of your shopping cart will be held for you during this process. After creating an account, you should proceed to check out as normal.
Placing an Order
You can purchase merchandise from Direct Tuning through our web site (www.directtuning.com), by phone (866-420-2865), by mail, by email (sales@directtuning.com), and in person at our store.
If you need a quotation or a shipping cost for a shipment outside the 48 contiguous states or a military address, please contact our customer service department at 1-866-420-2865 or via email at sales@directtuning.com.
If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. You may wish to contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-420-2865 to make sure your order was received.
If you placed a duplicate order through our web site, please call our customer service department at 1-866-420-2865 and informed them that you placed a duplicate order through our web site. Direct Tuning will void the order for you as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain the tracking number(s) for the order(s) you do not want and call the shipping carrier to refuse those shipments. You will be refunded for the merchandise once those items are returned to Direct Tuning.
Once an order has been placed, Direct Tuning will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for updates.
After an Placing an Order
After you have place an order online, you can check on the order status at our Order Status Page.
If an order is placed but the credit card is declined or the shipping address cannot be verified within three business days, the order is cancelled. There is no way to regenerate a cancelled order; you'll have to re-order online. Please call Direct Tuning at 1-866-420-2865 if you believe there's been an error.
Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling Direct Tuning's customer service at 1-866-420-2865. Once we process and invoice an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
It takes one to two business days for Direct Tuning to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and the shipping carrier's guidelines for delivery. Direct Tuning will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same day.
Backorders
If an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, then the item will be automatically backordered from your order. We will not hold up an order because an item is backordered. Direct Tuning will ship all in-stock items first and ship the backordered item when it becomes available. You will not be charged for the backordered item until it is shipped.
After I Receive My Order
In the event that an item or accessories to the item ordered may be missing, take the following steps. First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call Direct Tuning at 1-866-420-2865 if you're unable to locate an item.

- We do not currently accept international credit cards at this time.
Credit Card Processing & Address Verification
For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is correctly listed in your Direct Tuning's account information.
Declined Credit Card Transaction
A credit card can decline due to an incorrectly-entered credit card number or expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons. Contact your credit card company for more information. Our credit card processing system only charges your credit card. Direct Tuning is not given a reason for any decline. Please verify that you've given us the correct credit card number and expiration date. If you've already done so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information. If no resolution is reached within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled.
Payment by Check or Money Order
You can place an order and pay by check or money order by selecting "Check" as the Method of Payment. You will then be instructed on how to proceed with your order. Basically, you'll have to write the order number on your check, print your confirmation, wrap the check or money order in it and send it to:

We must receive your payment within 14 days of the day you placed your order, or your order will be cancelled.
Sales Tax
Direct Tuning operates in California. California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
30 Day Price Match Guarantee
If you happen to find a lower price at an authorized retailer/dealer on an identical item, just show us the price and we will match it! If, within 30 days of your Direct Tuning purchase, you encounter a lower price at an authorized retailer, we will also refund the difference. Returns and Exchanges
Products sold by Direct Tuning are supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
